From September 1st, 2026, Semi-central in Via Principe Tommaso 42, corner of Via Morgari, in an elegant historic building, we offer for rent to a girl (student or young worker) 1 single room (available in August 2026). The other two rooms for 2026-2027 will be rented to two students (a girl and a boy from ESCP). The rooms are fully furnished in a recently renovated apartment and consist of: entrance, furnished kitchen-living room (oven/freezer/dishwasher), bathroom, 3 bedrooms complete with double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, armchair, chair, lights, curtains, mattress, bedspread etc., second bathroom with shower, balcony furnished with table and chairs, cellar. The apartment is located close to all services, shops and public transport, including the metro less than 5 minutes walk away, Valentino Park and the main universities of Turin. Semi-centralized heating with thermostatic valves. Availability from August 1st, 2026, minimum duration 12 months. Rent: € 500/month. Room expenses: €85/month for condominium expenses including: Common area electricity, Cold water, apartment electricity, Wi-fi, Tari; €90/month for heating + gas/hot water. For respect of the roommates, pets are not allowed. A thorough cleaning service is required at least every 15 days. The additional cost is €20 per month per room, including two monthly cleanings.
