The rooms are fully furnished in a recently renovated apartment and are composed as follows: entrance, furnished kitchen-living room (oven/freezer/dishwasher), bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which will be available in May '25, the third in August '25 complete with double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, armchair, chair, lights, curtains, mattress, bedspread etc., second bathroom with shower, balcony furnished with table and chairs, cellar.

The apartment is located close to all services, shops, and transportation, including the metro less than 5 minutes walk away, the Valentino Park, and the main universities in Turin. Semi-centralized heating with thermostatic valves.

Availability from May 1st, 2025, minimum duration 16 months (end of August 2026).

Rent: €500/month.
Room expenses: €65/month for condominium fees including: Common area electricity, Cold water, apartment electricity, Wi-Fi, Waste tax; €85/month for heating + gas/hot water.

Pets are not allowed out of respect for the roommates. (Optional, but recommended, cleaning service every 15 days for €10/room).
